Meditation at 7.30 in the morning. How does that sound for Spain?

Though the EVS mid-term evaluation program was super packed with discussions and workshops, cultural and touristic, and other activities often finishing by midnight, the organizers were open to find space for a morning meditation. Despite early hours in Spain (7.30 and 8.45 am), the two sessions that I organized in the Europe Hall at CEULAJ centre gathered 9 people from Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Germany, France, and Poland. Those were early birds, and most of them tried meditation for the first time.

The most amazing part of my mission in Molina was the curiosity and support that I received from around 100 participants. Though majority of them could not wake up for the early sessions, they were still interested in meditation and kept asking me how the sessions went and how many people attended them. This is how I came up with the concept of “invisible participants” who were not present in the sessions, yet they were present in my mission and my personal project in Spain – meditation – that I am happy to share with everyone.
