Online sessions – via Skype or Google Hangouts.
Live sessions – at your home, school, university, workplace, yoga studio etc.;
A certain number of audience would be nice to have, but it is negotiable depending on your interests and geographical distance. I can guide a meditation session, as well as speak about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness, stress management, creativity, self-empowerment, work-life balance and other topics related to the mind.
